Jessie Smith

Jessie Smith is a senior in Computer Science Engineering. She will graduate in May and plans to attend graduate school to study robotics. Her interest specifically lies in socially assistive robotics, a new field of robotics. She is proficient in several object oriented programming languages, as well as being familiar with functional programming and web programming. She currently works at Bally Technologies as an Intern in the Central Determination Game Development department. In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing, spending time outdoors with her dog, and reading.

Luke Fraser

Luke Fraser is studying for a degree in Computer Science Engineering attending the University of Nevada, Reno, and is currently in his senior year of studies. He is also going for a minor in Mathematics. Currently Luke is a software engineering intern at Bally Technologies, a local Reno gaming company. Luke spends a lot of his free time pursueing his interests in fluid simulation, computer vision, and 3D graphics alongside his studies. He is a passionate student and hopes to go on to get his masters in Computer Science. Outside of school and academic pursuits, Luke designs and develops a complex visual effects for integrating into live action movies. Luke has been interested in VFX since he was a kid and hopes to do RND for a VFX or animation studio someday.

Jake Sells

Jake Sells is a Senior in the Computer Science Engineering College at the University of Nevada, Reno. Jake works as a Website Administrator and Braille Processor for the Disability Resource Center at the University; he maintains and updates the website while brailling texts for visually impaired students. Jake is the recipient of the Millenium, Bob Davis, and UG GIA scholarships. Jake has enjoyed working with a variety of different coursework over his academic career. Jake specifically enjoys databases, robotics, and computer graphics. Jake is excited and enthusiastic for anything computers, robots, and science. When not at the computer, Jake enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with friends.

Blake Collins

Jameson Blake Collins is a senior undergrad at the University of Nevada, Reno that majors in Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. Blake has a degree in Radio and Television, for which he has six years of experience in producing a variety of radio talk shows and news television. Blake decided to return to college for computer science and enjoys course work involving artificial intelligence and simulations. Blake is currently on the board of directors for the Western Nevada Pistol league and has received expert classification in IDPA (International Defensive Pistol League). He is also a range officer for monthly .22 matches, for which he designs stages. He also enjoys being outside with his dog that include hiking, hunting, and camping.
